21st Century Learning

  21st century learning requires gaining skills that are needed in today’s world. In my opinion, it particularly needs a fast adaptation and acceptance to the changes and situations of technology. It is especially vital in terms of language learning and teaching owing to the emergence of a plethora of applications and inventions that support the foreign language learning journey. They are used in favor of improving someone’s proficiency in any language they desire to learn, or simply foster a skill that they do not feel quite confident without any help of language teachers. Since these students are digital natives and they know very well how to manipulate AI in their assignments and basically integrate it to their academic life, the in service teachers and teacher candidates need to be one step ahead of these natives.
